YDM 1316 UV Printer to Mexico
Hello dear friends! It’s time for another YDM shipment. This time, we’re sharing our experience in preparing the equipment for our Mexican clients.
The client, a Mexican customer, took over five years from initial contact to final payment and order placement. After rigorous screening and evaluation, they ultimately chose YDM.
Our firscommunication with the client was in July 2020, and they placed their order with us in September 2025. We are grateful for the client’s trust in YDM, and we have successfully delivered the machine as promised.
Within a week after the order, we’ve completed nearly all machine production. As agreed, we’ll conduct factory testing and back up key parameters. Once the customer receives the machines, they can easily install the nozzles under our technicians’ guidance to complete the setup. Here is the technical team’s test procedure:
1.After the machine completes 48 hours of idle testing, the engineer installs the test nozzle for printing.
2.Following nozzle installation and calibration, the engineer prints a color image.
3.After printing the image, we will perform a line check to ensure proper alignment in both horizontal and vertical directions.
4.After completing these printing tasks, we will inspect the ink path of the machine to ensure all functions operate properly.
5.After confirming the machine’s test results with the client, we began packing and shipping. The machine has been dispatched, and we’re eager to meet its owner soon.
